About the role
As an Operations Manager at Mesh & Myth, you will bring structure, clarity, and rhythm to the way our studio works, ensuring projects, people, processes, and priorities move with purpose. This role is for someone who can turn creative momentum into organized execution, support cross-functional collaboration, improve workflows, and help teams deliver meaningful work with consistency, quality, and confidence.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day studio operations, project coordination, internal workflows, timelines, task tracking, and delivery checkpoints across teams.
- Coordinate with branding, design, UI/UX, web development, business development, leadership, and HR teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Build and improve SOPs, process documents, checklists, project templates, onboarding flows, approval systems, and internal reporting structures.
- Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, manage priorities, support resource planning, and ensure deliverables move from brief to completion.
- Maintain operational records, meeting notes, dashboards, team updates, client communication processes, and internal documentation with consistency and accuracy.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Management, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, studio management, agency operations, business administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, priorities, timelines, and moving parts without losing attention to detail.
- Strong ownership, accountability, process thinking, documentation habits, and the ability to create clarity in fast-moving environments.
Good to have
- Experience working in a creative agency, branding studio, digital agency, web design studio, startup, SaaS company, or technology services environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Airtable, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of branding, website design, UI/UX, web development, client servicing, business development, or digital project delivery.
- Experience creating SOPs, workflow systems, project dashboards, reporting templates, team trackers, and operational playbooks.
- Ability to support vendor coordination, basic financial tracking, invoice follow-ups, internal audits, quality checks, and team productivity improvements.
