Effective Date: October 20, 2026

Last Updated Date: October 20, 2026

Our Terms & Conditions outline the principles governing your use of the Mesh & Myth website and engagement with our studio. They cover services, project agreements, payments, intellectual property, responsibilities, and legal rights, ensuring clarity, fairness, and mutual understanding.

Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with the conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the website.

01. Who We Are

Mesh & Myth is an independent brand strategy and identity design studio based in Bengaluru, India. We partner with businesses to build distinctive and meaningful brands through research, strategic thinking, and purposeful design.

Mesh & Myth is a standalone brand operating under Wytmode Cloud Private Limited, a company registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U62099KA2025PTC203288 and Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) 29AAECW1394C1Z9. The registered company is the legal entity responsible for operating Mesh & Myth and entering into applicable business agreements.

Throughout these terms, "Mesh & Myth Studio", "Mesh & Myth," "we," "our," and "us" refer to the studio.

02. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, meshandmyth.com, including its content, portfolio, service information, and enquiry channels.

They also establish general principles for communicating with our studio and exploring potential collaborations.

By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

Where a project or professional engagement is involved, the specific scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and contractual obligations will be established through a separate written proposal, Statement of Work, or service agreement accepted by the relevant parties.

If any provision of these website terms conflicts with a separately executed client agreement, that agreement will prevail for the relevant engagement.

03. Our Services

Mesh & Myth provides brand strategy and identity design services focused on building meaningful, distinctive, and cohesive brands.

Our principal services include:

Brand Strategy & Audit

Research, evaluation, and strategic recommendations designed to help businesses understand their current brand positioning, identify opportunities, improve communication, and establish greater clarity.

Brand Identity & Kit

Development of purposeful visual identity systems, including agreed logo designs, typography, color systems, supporting visual elements, brand guidelines, and organized identity assets.

Our work is informed by DECK, our structured creative methodology encompassing Discovery, Explore, Craft, and Kit.

The specific activities and deliverables included in any engagement depend on the agreed project requirements.

We may modify our service offerings over time without affecting obligations already established under an existing client agreement.

04. Website Information and Enquiries

The information presented on our website is intended to introduce our studio, explain our approach, and showcase selected creative work.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and relevant information, website content may change as our services, capabilities, and portfolio evolve.

Service descriptions, project examples, and other published materials are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding commercial offer.

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a consultation, or discussing a potential project does not automatically establish a contractual client relationship.

A professional engagement begins only when the relevant terms have been mutually accepted through an appropriate written agreement.

We reserve the right to evaluate and decline potential projects based on availability, suitability, project requirements, or other reasonable business considerations, subject to applicable law.

05. Responsible Website Use

Visitors are welcome to explore our website, learn about our services, and review our published work for legitimate personal or business purposes.

By using the website, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without appropriate permission.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our website, servers, or related systems.
• Introduce malicious software, harmful code, or disruptive technologies.
• Use automated tools to extract substantial portions of website content without authorization.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit deliberately false or misleading information.
• Interfere with the website's availability, security, or normal operation.
• Use our website or its content for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

We may restrict access or take appropriate action when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

06. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Unless otherwise indicated, the original content published on our website, including written materials, graphics, layouts, design presentations, illustrations, visual systems, and studio-created materials, belongs to Mesh & Myth or is used with appropriate authorization.

Our studio name, visual identity, creative methodologies, and related brand materials may be protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

The website may also feature trademarks, logos, photographs, and creative assets belonging to clients, collaborators, or third parties. Such materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Visitors may view and reference our published work for informational purposes. However, accessing the website does not grant permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, license, resell, or commercially exploit protected materials.

Any commercial use of our original website content requires prior written authorization from the appropriate rights holder.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of client intellectual property to Mesh & Myth or changes rights established under an applicable client agreement.

07. Project Enquiries and Submitted Materials

When contacting Mesh & Myth about a potential project, you may voluntarily share information about your business, objectives, challenges, and creative requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the necessary authorization to share any third-party materials.

Submitting information or creative materials does not automatically transfer ownership of those materials to our studio.

We may use submitted information to assess your enquiry, prepare proposals, communicate with you, and perform activities reasonably connected with a potential or agreed engagement.

If you intend to share highly confidential or commercially sensitive materials before a project begins, we recommend establishing appropriate confidentiality arrangements beforehand.

Personal information submitted through our website or business communications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

08. Proposals, Fees, and Payments

Every project is different. Accordingly, project fees, timelines, deliverables, payment milestones, and other commercial conditions are determined based on the agreed requirements.

Before commencing a paid engagement, we aim to establish a clear written understanding of the proposed scope and commercial expectations.

Where applicable, project documentation may specify:

• The services and deliverables included.
• Project phases, milestones, and estimated timelines.
• Professional fees and applicable taxes.
• Advance payments and payment schedules.
• Revision allowances and approval requirements.
• Deliverable formats and intellectual property arrangements.
• Additional work, cancellation, and termination conditions.

Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), will be addressed in the relevant proposal or invoice in accordance with applicable law.

Payment obligations, refunds, cancellations, and any consequences of delayed payment will be governed by the accepted project agreement and applicable legal requirements.

09. Creative Process and Collaboration

Our creative process is founded on research, clarity, collaboration, and purposeful decision-making.

Successful engagements require timely communication, access to relevant information, and constructive feedback from everyone involved.

Clients are expected to provide reasonably necessary project materials, communicate requirements accurately, and review submissions within mutually agreed timeframes.

Any substantial changes to an approved brief, project scope, or creative direction may require revisions to the agreed deliverables, fees, or timeline.

Such changes will be discussed and documented before additional work is undertaken.

Project schedules may also be affected by delayed approvals, unavailable materials, changes in requirements, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Specific responsibilities and approval procedures will be governed by the applicable project agreement.

10. Deliverables, Ownership, and Licensing

Our objective is to create brand systems that clients can implement consistently and confidently.

The ownership and permitted use of final deliverables will be determined by the written terms of the relevant project agreement.

Any assignment or licensing of intellectual property rights will apply only to the materials and rights expressly identified in that agreement, subject to applicable law and any agreed payment conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed, preliminary concepts, unused creative directions, internal research tools, proprietary methodologies, and working materials are not automatically included in the final deliverables.

Third-party materials, including commercial typefaces, stock imagery, software, and licensed creative resources, may be subject to separate licensing requirements.

Where such resources form part of a proposed identity system, applicable usage restrictions or licensing requirements should be identified and addressed during the project.

Delivery of design files does not, by itself, guarantee trademark availability, registration, exclusivity, or ownership of third-party intellectual property.

11. Confidentiality and Portfolio Usage

We recognize that brand development often involves sensitive business information, strategic plans, research, and internal communications.

We aim to handle non-public client information with appropriate care and to use it only for legitimate purposes connected with the relevant engagement, subject to agreed confidentiality obligations.

Specific confidentiality requirements may be established through a Non-Disclosure Agreement or other written contractual provisions.

We may wish to present completed projects through our website, portfolio, case studies, social platforms, or professional communications.

Any such presentation must respect applicable intellectual property rights, confidentiality commitments, and agreed publication permissions.

Confidential, unpublished, or restricted client materials will not be disclosed merely because they were shared during a project.

12. Creative Outcomes and Professional Responsibility

Brand strategy and identity design involve research, professional judgment, interpretation, and creative decision-making.

We approach our work with care and intention. However, branding outcomes may be influenced by factors outside our control, including market conditions, business decisions, customer behavior, competition, and implementation.

Accordingly, we do not guarantee particular commercial results, revenue increases, market recognition, or business growth unless an express commitment is included in a written agreement.

Brand audits and strategic recommendations are based on the research scope, information, and assumptions identified for the relevant engagement.

They should not be treated as legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

Unless expressly included in a project agreement, independent trademark clearance, trademark registration, and other specialist legal services are not part of our design services.

Clients remain responsible for obtaining appropriate legal advice and completing any required registrations or clearances before commercial adoption of their brand assets.

13. Third-Party Websites and Resources

Our website may contain links to external websites, social platforms, portfolio services, professional resources, or other third-party content.

These links are provided for convenience, reference, or informational purposes.

We do not control the availability, content, policies, or security practices of independently operated third-party websites.

The inclusion of an external link does not necessarily imply an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

We encourage visitors to review the applicable terms and privacy policies of external platforms before interacting with them.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platforms, external service providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability arising from an agreed professional engagement will be governed by the relevant client agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These terms do not override mandatory statutory rights available to visitors or clients.
