About the role

As a Lead Generation Specialist at Mesh & Myth, you will research markets, identify high-fit prospects, and build qualified lead pipelines that connect the studio with ambitious businesses ready to improve their brand, website, and digital presence. This role is for someone who enjoys research, data accuracy, prospect discovery, and turning market signals into meaningful business opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Research target industries, geographies, companies, and buyer personas to identify qualified prospects for Mesh & Myth’s services.
  • Build and maintain structured lead lists with company details, decision-maker information, LinkedIn profiles, websites, contact details, opportunity notes, and lead status.
  • Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Google Search, directories, company websites, Clutch, Crunchbase, and other databases to discover potential clients.
  • Analyze company websites, branding, digital presence, business type, size, and growth signals to identify service-fit opportunities.
  • Support business development teams with clean, verified, segmented, and context-rich prospect lists for outbound campaigns.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, market research, sales research, prospecting, business development support, or a similar role.
  • Strong research, data organization, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to identify relevant companies, decision-makers, business signals, and potential service opportunities.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, LinkedIn, Google Search, email-finding tools, and lead databases.

Good to have

  • Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Instantly, Clay, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of branding, website design, digital marketing, creative services, technology services, or B2B sales.
  • Ability to use Boolean search, Google search operators, filters, and prospecting frameworks to find high-quality leads.
  • Experience researching international markets such as the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, or India.
  • Exposure to industries such as technology, SaaS, recruitment, professional services, healthcare, education, logistics, real estate, hospitality, or growing SMBs.
