Minimum Qualifications


  • 3–5 years of experience in international business development, preferably within digital solutions, websites, SEO, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of the US and UAE marketplaces with the ability to understand industry-specific technical terminology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced business environments
  • Full-time Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision while managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working in startup or high-growth business environments with rapidly changing priorities
  • Leadership mentality with the ability to take ownership, contribute ideas, and support business growth proactively
  • Experience handling international B2B clients and managing long-term business relationships
  • Ability to adapt quickly, perform under pressure, and maintain quality execution in fast-moving environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital workflows, business communication platforms, and modern sales tools

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive international growth opportunities across the US and UAE markets while building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and capable of understanding digital solutions related to websites, SEO, and online business growth.

A day-in-life of BDM


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets, particularly within the US and UAE regions
  • Build and manage strong relationships with prospective clients through meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and strategic communication
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions related to websites, SEO, hosting, and online growth services
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding, proposal creation, and alignment between client expectations and delivery
  • Manage multiple conversations, leads, and business opportunities simultaneously while maintaining responsiveness, accuracy, and timely follow-ups
